When I launched Exhale Holistic Wellness, I knew the core of my practice was to help others and create a safe space for healing to happen. I knew it would grow and transform but I had no idea how much or how quickly. When I first started seeing clients, I partnered with a local Wellness Center, rented space from other practitioners or saw clients virtually. I am incredibly grateful to all those that have supported my vision and work and have loved every minute of sharing space.
However, once my family and I relocated to Western North Carolina at the end of last year, it was an opportunity for me to reevaluate my business goals and decide what I wanted Exhale’s next step to be. It became very clear that it was time for me to have my own space. The work I do is influenced greatly by energy. Being able to set the energetic tone in a physical space that would allow my clients to feel comfortable, accepted, loved, and supported when they enter my studio means everything to me and makes all the difference in the overall experience.
While I was working on the next steps and finalizing the details for my physical space, I also decided it was a good time to go back to school. I became a certified Trauma-Informed practitioner. So not only is my Reiki studio a beautiful and calm space but everything is approached from a trauma-informed perspective. I’ll do a deeper dive into what this actually means in the coming weeks but for now, know that trauma-informed care are practices that promote a culture of safety, empowerment, and healing.
If you are in the Asheville area and already know the incredible healing that comes from Reiki, I encourage you to schedule some Reiki sessions to experience my energy and my calm Reiki studio.
If you are in the Asheville area and are curious about Reiki, I encourage you to learn more or contact me.
I still offer distance Reiki, which is just as effective as in-person Reiki, if you aren’t in the area, or prefer to experience Reiki in your own space.
